Concert video-mapping

My semestral project is focused on visuality responding to sound. My field of interest was animation, VJ-ing and video-mapping. The aim was to create something that will allow people to perceive music not just by the sense of hearing but also by the eyesight. I realized the best way to achieve this goal is combination of simple animations with video-mapping. I previously had absolutely no experience with video-mapping so it was an opportunity to learn something new.

The instalation is meant to be interactive VJ wall on stage behind the band. I designed and built a model. Video projected on the instalation consists of animations that respond to the sound and music in real time by changing its properties.
